The offer includes all  materials and labour for a standard installation. Including the Grisdale 5kw Wood Burning Stove, liner kit, cowl, closure plate,  stove pipe and adapter, Co2 alarm and HETAS Certificate on completion. 

 The Grisdale is a premium 5kw Stove from Mi-Fires. It is extremely efficient with an extra-large viewing window for maximum view of the flames. The Grisedale stove is set up for burning wood only and is both DEFRA and SIA Ecodesign approved meaning it is one of the most efficient and eco-friendly stoves on the market.

Designed and assembled in the UK, the Grisedale is made from strong and durable steel with a cast iron door to help retain the heat for longer. It is lined with 30mm vermiculite panels for excellent insulation and features primary, secondary and tertiary air supplies to ensure the optimum burn with every use.

The stunning panoramic window is kept clean by a powerful airwash system to show off the fire is its fullest effect.

There are some considerations that may create additional costs. Examples of this would include; 

• Where there is part removal of chimney stack so twin wall flue may need to be used. 
• If you have an unsuitable hearth a new hearth may need to be installed.
•  Access restrictions where the hire of scaffolding or cherry picker may need to be used (however most installations are carried out using our own equipment)
• Where the distance from the stove to combustible surfaces need to be reduced by the installation of fire boards. 
• Any additional building work such as; repairs to chimney stack, rendering, plastering, lead work etc  

- Any additional work outside the offer description will carry an additional charge. 

- A deposit of half the total payment will be required at least two weeks prior to any work taking place (£925.00). The remaining balance on the day of completion.

- Price includes all installation materials, Labour and VAT.
